General

To make a booking, select your transfer and provide your details. Before payment, you will receive an email: “NEW BOOKING #99999 HAS BEEN RECEIVED.” After payment and once we receive it, you will get a second email: “BOOKING #99999 STATUS CHANGED TO Accepted.” Wait 2-3 days for processing. If you do not receive confirmation, EMAIL us. Once the status is 'Accepted', your transfer will be arranged according to your booking details.

No worries. Simply EMAIL us and we will resend your booking confirmation immediately.

Yes, you can modify your booking as long as it does not incur extra charges. Contact Customer Service as soon as possible. Changes can only be guaranteed if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled transfer.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the transfer are refunded in full. No refund is given for cancellations received less than 48 hours before the transfer. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation, which you can use to claim expenses from your tour operator, airline, or travel insurance.

At the airport, your driver will be in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name or the TopTransfer logo. For hotel pickups, the driver will wait at the reception or just outside the main entrance.

Yes, the vehicle is private. Only the number of persons indicated in your booking will be transported. We provide door-to-door service, although narrow streets or traffic may require parking as close as possible to your address.

For flights, the driver monitors your arrival and waits in the arrivals hall. Delays over an hour may require rescheduling; we will notify you. For trains and cruises, the driver waits 30 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time. If your flight is diverted, contact us immediately with the updated arrival time so we can reschedule. The driver will wait 30 minutes from the advised time.

If you need a child seat, please select one of the three available options when making your booking.

Vehicle pictures are from our fleet. You may receive a larger vehicle at the price of a smaller one if available, but never a smaller car than booked. If you require the exact vehicle booked, EMAIL us in advance.

No, all prices shown on the website are final and include VAT.

Consider the space available. If you are 4 people with large luggage, take a van instead of a car to avoid space issues. Choosing the correct vehicle is cheaper than paying for a second transfer. For doubts, contact Customer Service.

Business Sedan (up to 3 pax) – 75€ / hour, 2€ per km after 20 km. Van (up to 7 pax) – 90€ / hour, 2.5€ per km after 20 km. Bus (up to 14 pax) – 180€ / hour, 3€ per km after 20 km.
